I was nervous about trying glass but the smoothness with a bit of lube honestly surprised me. The graduated beads let me work up slowly instead of jumping straight in, which made the whole thing way less intimidating. Cleaning is a breeze too, just warm water and it's done.
The droplet beading gives this thing a totally different feel than the smooth glass plug I had before, each bump is noticeable in the best way. Warms up fast too, way quicker than I expected for glass.
The beaded shape makes it easy to work up gradually instead of jumping straight to the widest point. Glass feels slicker than silicone once you've got lube on it, though I do wish the base were a touch wider for grip.
